These letters, most often seen in caps, are abbreviations for common MLP phrases that no one feels like typing out. Check out the MLPTP's current list of Common Abbreviations.

7.3: I emailed you to tell you about [any subject] and have not heard back from you. Are you going to reply?

I am very busy. I try my best to answer as many emails as I can, but I definitely do not have time to answer everything.
